If you are experiencing these or other problems you are not alone and there is a solution.

Don't get frustrated - Get educated.

We not only train the dog, but also provide expert guidance to the clients through handler instruction.  We build the client's confidence in working with their dog(s), educate clients about dog behavior and behavior modification.  Dogs are very much individuals and need to be trained in that respect.  We develop a training program to suit each individual dog.  Our basic goals are to build confidence in the dog, confidence in the handler, and to gain verbal control.  All of our obedience programs include:  Working on fourteen obedience commands, specific problems our clients are experiencing, and we always work towards obtaining our client's goals with their dog.

HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

All puppies and dogs must show proof of vaccinations prior to participating in our training programs.  We require current DHLPP and Rabies vaccinations.

For dogs participating in the Board and Train Program we also require a current Bordetella.

We strongly suggest that your dog have a negative fecal test, a negative Heartworm test for dogs older than six months of age, and be free of external parasites.

Board and Train:

This is our most thorough program.  The dog stays at our facility for three weeks.  During this time we lay a solid obedience foundation.  We then begin the Handler Instruction phase of the program, which consists if four private sessions.  Once the dog and handler are working well together, the handler takes the dog home and returns to participate in two group classes.

Group Maintenance Classes:

Our group classes meet throughout the week.  The dogs practice commands learned, in a distracting environment.  This program is designed for proofing training and for maintenance purposes.
